I studied in Chua Chu Kang Primary School from 2007 to 2012. Life was pretty simple there as
most of my schedule is arranged by both my teachers and parents, all I had to do is just to follow
the schedule. I took part in many different CCAs. I was in Chinese Dance for a short period of time
in Primary 2. Then I joined Ensemble and Gardening Club. I was more dedicated towards Gardening Club
due to the friendships forged there. Hence I quitted Ensemble and spent my time juggling between my
studies and Gardening Club. I was able to cope with my studies and was offered to take higher mother
tongue in Primary 4. As I did not do well for Prelims in Primary 6, I thought that I will do pretty
badly in PSLE too but my PSLE results weren't that bad afterall.
Life in Secondary School
I was enrolled into Swiss Cottage Secondary School in 2013. I was an introvert and I found it really
difficult to make new friends as everyone was mainly sticking to their primary school friends whom
happened to coincidentally enteredthe same secondary school as them. It took me quite a few weeks
to familiarize myself with the school and the people around me. I've chosen Girl Guides as my CCA
for no particular reason and I've no regrets joining it. It was so much more difficult to cope
with my studies as compared to primary school since the number of subjects I had to take were twice
of primary school. In Secondary 3, I was offered to take English, Triple Science, Emath, Amath,
Combined Humanities(Social Studies & Geography) and Higher Mother Tongue. Life was tough,
REALLLLLY REALLLLLY TOUGH :( but glad to say that I survived 4 years in Swiss Cottage and I successfully
graduated. YAY!!!
Singapore Polytechnic's Life
After my Secondary School life, I've chosen to go Polytechnic for tertiary schooling. I am currently
studying for Diploma in Infocomm Security Management(DISM) in Singapore Polytehnic. SP is a huge school hence
I've gotten lost in SP for uncountable times. I am still currently trying to familiarize myself with the school
and YEP I'M STILL GETTING LOST EVERYTIME. I am in Sign Language Club and I am glad to say that the people there
are like my second family. I HOPE THAT I WILL DO WELL FOR MY STUDIES & FOR SIGN LANGUAGE TOO. :D
